昨晚在那里有食物。在两个小时内，我的丈夫，儿子和我都有胃痛和恶心，儿子在夜间呕吐。我们中的两个人吃沙拉，另一个有墨西哥卷饼碗，都装有生菜，法吉塔斯，肉，奶酪，莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。我们的另一个儿子只有大米、豆类和鸡肉，很好。

Had a salad bowl with romaine lettuce, steak, pico, hot salsa and guacamole. Began feeling cold sweats about 4 hours later (hadn't eaten anything else between the chipotle and when symptoms started) and was running to the bathroom.. both vomiting and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
