星期五在 Chipotle 吃午饭。有沙拉、鸡肉和浇头。周六下午感觉很光滑，周六晚上开始用 diahrea 呕吐。每小时呕吐一次，直到周日中午。整个周末胃都会抽筋。周日和周一虚弱而疲劳。周一和周二错过工作。终于能够在周日将佳得乐保持在 4 点。
