Went to Chipotle in Shady Grove Rockville at approximately 6pm to get food for my son and me. Overnight at around 230am my 8 year old son woke up and vomited. This continued all day with vomiting and fever.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

I got food from Chipotle last night 1/6/2016 around 830 pm. I felt fine until about 3am when I woke up vomitted almost everything in my stomach. Its 11am and ive thrown up 3 more times along with diarrhea..had to call out of work today. I ate the chicken bowl with chips and guac.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
