星期四晚上，我的两个孩子，他们的一个朋友，我的丈夫和我自己分享了一大半的意大利辣香肠多米诺骨牌披萨。我儿子凌晨 2 点醒来呕吐。他还患上了腹泻。2 点半我女儿开始呕吐。第二天早上我有严重的腹泻和发烧。我们三个人整天都在睡觉，身体严重疼痛。星期六我丈夫出现肠道问题，一天中大部分时间都在睡觉。我和我的女儿好一些，但仍然头晕，疲倦，恶心，身体疼痛。周日几乎恢复了正常。

Had delivery, Alfredo pasta with chicken and sausage, and a chicken parmesan sandwich. Ended up feeling incredibly nauseous, and lightheaded only to end up vommitting within an hour of eating.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 12 月 3 日。我们订购了大型意大利辣香肠、香肠和蘑菇（7.99），配以侧面抛沙拉。我们在晚上 8 点 15 分左右把它捡起来。披萨不热，沙拉很热。
我和我的男朋友开始出现剧烈呕吐、腹泻、发烧、恶心和发冷。非常虚弱。这持续了 4 天。永远不会回去！

My pizza was off the bat not right. It had way too much cheese on it so ai was already not happy with that. Then i saw the dough which was still gooey and I held some from my finger and it just dripped down. Woke up at 5am with horrible food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate 1 slice of bacon jalapeno pizza from an extra large pizza from dominos and a couple slices of spinach and artichoke cheesey bread with the garlic sauce and like 2 rolling rock beers, passed out for around 6 hours and woke up nauseous and am having diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
