Good Foods 蔓越莓杏仁鸡肉沙拉-在 3 月 13 日晚上 7 点吃了一份这种鸡肉沙拉，然后在晚上 8 点之前开始出现极度胃痉挛。从那时起直到凌晨 4 点我终于能够呕吐并且疼痛有所缓解，然后从凌晨 5 点到第二天早上 8 点出现腹泻。脱水引起了轻微的头痛。

I at the strawberry pecan salad. I don't have a receipt - paid cash and checked out around noon. My bill was 95$ and some change. they can find the receipt if needed., No others sick. No one else had the same meal. I got sick about 20 minutes after I left the restaurant.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

昨晚我和我的孩子吃了 Planters 蜂蜜烤花生，在很短的时间内我们俩都非常满意。我们俩都经历了严重的胃痛，包括痉挛、腹胀和腹泻。有一次我发抖得太糟糕了。从昨晚开始我的胃仍然疼，我的孩子仍然有非常严重的瓦斯疼痛。来这里看看其他因吃同样产品而遭受痛苦的人会激怒我！！我们再也不会吃 Planters 的产品了！
