I must note the restaurant here is not the one I suspect. Do I need to shift gears?, At two chicken tacos there at about 1 p.m. Was the only food I've eaten in days that is unique to me amongst family/friends. Started feeling ill about 7:30… 更多

We ate there on a Wednesday and became ill on the Thursday evening after. It was approx. 26 hours after exposure. We both ate chicken, tortilla, cheese, and sour cream. We had the same symptoms at the same time and we believe it was due to bad chicken.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

12/20/2018 牛排、大米、蔬菜、guac、酸奶油；晚上 9 点至 10 点左右。早上 3-4 点左右醒来，胃部持续呕吐肿。移动受伤了，不得不打电话上班。接下来的几天几乎没有吃任何东西，还有很多腹痛。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀, 胃痛

Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday. Probably missing Wednesday as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Got a Burrito last night around 7 pm. Ate it for dinner felt fine afterwards. It didnt really hit me until 1 am when I ate the leftovers. I had really bad diarrhea and I was basically up half the night with it.  | 症状: 腹泻

I got confirmed food poisoning from the guacamole (I assume) at Pancheros. My colleagues were fine, but I was the only person who got the guac and it was the only thing I ate all day. Upset stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea. Had to stay home from work for four days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
