I had an uptown salad with grilled chicken for lunch the next day my stomach was not feeling well all day it was as gurgling and I had very bad pain. When I got home from work I threw up over 20 times with watery diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered Farmhouse salad with everything on it (around 6:00 pm on 3/5/17). Started feeling ill around 2:30 am on 3/6/17. Violent vomiting and diarrhea which lasted about 14 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate yesterday 2/28 at around 11am. I got a turkey sandwich in white bread with mayo,hot peppers, lettuce, pickles, and Italian seasoning. As well as the regular flavor chips they offer and a chocolate malt.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

严重的腹痛、恶心、腹泻和低烧。他们去医院做检查后发现血液中的白细胞计数升高。值班医生说，这似乎是由食物中毒引起的肠胃炎。他们说可能需要长达 3 天的时间才能过去。我今天早些时候唯一吃的东西是在阿德莱德附近购物的 Potbelly "s Sand。
