我订购了凯撒沙拉和芝士汉堡春卷，吃完它们一个小时左右，我变得非常恶心，除了 curl 缩成球然后试图阻止它之外什么也做不了。绝对可怕的感觉。几个小时后仍然感觉不舒服，现在已经是凌晨 2 点一直在努力入睡，如果没有恶心回来以及潮热和发冷，就无法躺下。

I had chicken artichoke soup; water with lemon. Felt sick the next morning with bad headache. Then had diarrhea, then vomited. My head still hurts and don’t think it’s over.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛
