My co-worker and I ate there on 3/2/20. I had a chicken bowl and he had a beef burrito. I woke up around 2am and had vomiting, diarrhea and extreme stomach cramps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I order salsa and guacamole and believe the guacamole was contaminated. I got sick within hours after eating it, and spent 5 days in the hospital. I had intense stomach pains and back pains, vomiting as well. Doctors found that I contracted H Pylori which is a bacteria from contaminated food.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 胃痛

My wife and I ate Saturday night 12/7/19 at 9 pm. 2 soft ground beef and retired bean tacos, chips, salsa, hot sauce. Both of us got sick Sunday 12/8/19 around 1130 am. Diarrhea and vomiting all day Sunday  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

You can never be 100% sure where your issue came from, but had a beef burrito, tijuana style on Friday 5/3 around 2pm. Saturday 5/4 morning made myself some scrambled eggs.
