was the chicken burrito my son and his friend works at Walmart on there lunch break they went there my son ordered a chicken burrito his friend he calls him he ordered something else not sure but the sat in the car and ate the food the lunch break lasted an hour when they got back to work my son started to feel nauseous and his stomach started hurting and he started throwing up Friend was also feeling nauseous he couldn't stop throwing up and he could no longer stand up so I hand to get my other son to go with me to pick up him and his car because he couldn't drive his car got home threw up all night today he's complaining of stomach pain nauseous  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

I order salsa and guacamole and believe the guacamole was contaminated. I got sick within hours after eating it, and spent 5 days in the hospital. I had intense stomach pains and back pains, vomiting as well. Doctors found that I contracted H Pylori which is a bacteria from contaminated food.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 胃痛
