Had Wegmans soft whole wheat bread, their deli ham, Kraft singles cheese and mayo, and milk all purchased from Wegmans, ate last night and woke up in the night vomiting, then diarrhea, still cramping in my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

At 1230pm I went to the salad bar on my lunch break. Had the kale ceaser salad with a piece of bourbon chicken and a luttle of the tai crispy chicken. I have been sick since about a half hr after I ate it and I'm still really sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
