Grilled Chicken Wrap and watermelon tea. Ate there last Wednesday and have been sick with diarrhea and nausea ever since. This.was one of the two things that I ate that my family did t eat... I’ll report my other food choice (Purdue prepared chicken) in a separate note.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I am experiencing severe nausea with a high probability of vomiting at any moment. I ate there about 30 minutes ago; I got a 4 for 4 jr bacon meal. It could be any component of the burger, the fries, the sweet n sour sauce and nuggets or the diet coke.  | 症状: 恶心

Berry chicken salad and chili is what I ate. I threw up for 11 hours on monday night and still have diarrhea Only I got sick as I went through the drive thru. I ate around 3pm and started throwing up at 1am Vomiting for 11 hours and diarrhea for 5 days so far.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
