My boyfriend and I went to Gordon Ramsay’s for our one year anniversary. Their gift to us, food poisoning. It hit about 4 hours after we ate. I ended up vomiting, my boyfriend had a bad headache, and we both had horrible cramping. We both had medium burgers.  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋, 头痛

4月12日晚上10点通过Uber点餐吃了汉堡王，4月13日凌晨3点开始出现症状（严重腹泻、恶心呕吐、腹痛痉挛、肌肉疼痛无力、发烧头痛、不适）。4月14日早上7点，症状仍然存在，但没有呕吐。4月13日看医生，食物中毒。
