I had a chicken burrito bowl. A few hours after getting I get dizzy and weak. Had to throw up my entire meal. Saw all the rice and black beans.

Ate a steak burrito bowel at Chipotle at 10 East Jackson, Chicago. There was a piece of cut plastic about 1 inch long with a sharp edge inside my bowel.

Barbacoa Burrito Bowl Illness

I had a Barbacoa burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. A few hours after eating it is had diarrhea and then began vomiting profusely. This continued consistently about every 2 hours or so for the next 15 hours.
