Ate at Chipotle’s Sunday night. Monday am I got sick Not positive but i suspect chipotle’s I didn’t save my receipt, but I got the rice with black beans, chicken, honey chicken, guacamole, cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce. I was there around 10:45 Sunday night.

I ate a chicken burrito bowl and then suffered from extreme nausea about two hours later. My illness lasted EIGHT DAYS!! My bowels are still messed up!
