Burrito Bowl Causes Hospitalization

Yesterday my husband ate a Chipotle burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans, queso, tomatillo salsa and lettuce. He had diarrhea and was vomiting simultaneously less than 6 hours later. It was so severe I had to take him to the hospital.

Guacamole Suspected in Illness

Ate a chicken salad with dressing, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. Wife had same meal minus the guacamole and she is fine.

Vegan Meal Causes Illness

Ate the VEGAN sofritas. I ate an entirely VEGAN meal (bowl with rice beans softitas and veggies). There must have been cross contamination. I became violently ill the next morning, all day throwing up.
