12/31/23 Steak bowl from Chipotle. I had a steak bowl and my wife had a chicken bowl and did not get sick.. On December 31, 2023 I ordered a steak bowl and ended up with severe food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.

I ate a chicken burrito no beans corn salsa cheese sour cream and guacamole for my lunch at noon that night I begin to feel nausea and within a few hours I was up all night vomiting and diarrhea.

6/21/17 at 7:45pm: Ate at Chipotle
6/22/17 at 1am: Violent vomiting and stomach pain until 8am. Significant Nausea, dizziness and dehydration until 5pm. Diminished appetite until 6/26/17
Food: Chicken Burrito, rice, Fajitas toppings, shredded cheese, hot salsa, pico de gallo, chips | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
6/22/17 at 1am: Violent vomiting and stomach pain until 8am. Significant Nausea, dizziness and dehydration until 5pm. Diminished appetite until 6/26/17

Chipotle Meal Diarrhea Recurrence

I've gotten diarrhea the last three times I ate at Chipotle. Once was in Silverthorne, the other two times were in Longmont. I didn't eat anything else unusual the days I got sick (usually just stick to smoothies and get my ingredients from the same bulk packages…
