Yesterday (4/6), I ate lunch at Chipotle located on 316 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60601.
I am not sure if this is the cause, but it's seems the most likely culprit.

Me and a friend went there to eat and soon after we left he vomited and didn't make it to the bathroom in time we had to get a cab to go back to the hotel and that's when I got sick and I've been sick since for going on two days now.
