Steak Tacos, Stomach Cramps

I ate 3 steak tacos with sour cream, lettuce, cheese, pico. And I had chips with guacamole. I ate at 7 and started experiencing horrible stomach cramps and have had diarrhea for the last hour. The stomach cramps are terrible!!

Veggie Bowl Nausea Incident

....I ordered the veggie burrito bowl and I got sour cream on it. I only ate half of it and couldn't eat anything the rest of the day I was so nauseous and in pain the smell of other food would Make me dry heave. And I kept going to the bathroom every 30min
