I had a steak bowl from chipotle Friday night. On saturday, I had diarrhea all day and on Sunday I couldn't keep anything down (severe vomiting every 3 hours) and the diarrhea continued.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
