I ate a chicken bowl with white rice, lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream at around 7:30pm. And a few hours later I had vomiting and diarrhea really bad. I went to the hospital and they said it was food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
