Traveling from Nov 8-14 - as a family of 4 - kids age 7 and 5. Daughter was sick and vomiting on the travel day home. Son had impetigo within a week and daughter ended up with Staph Scalded Skin Syndrome and was hospitalized. Her body basically
had an over reaction to Staph. I am sure it was from the pools.

We went in August family of 6. Four of us got covid and diarrhea. Found mold in our butter at Toro. They haven't had AC at the restaurants by the beach. Also our room in building 5a had no ac. Food wasn't good and we didn't drink tap water. Never again 😒

I ate at the food truck near the beach for the second day in a row with no problems (hamburger with bacon and cheese, and nachos with beef fajita meat). Over the next 3-4 hours I had 2 Tequila and Pineapple drinks at the central pool and
one licorice shot. I then ate a hamburger at the central pool's grill and buffet. I returned to the room to shower and get dressed for a private party with my group of 16 people, but never made it because I violently vomited a total of 10 times and had severe diarrhea for 10-12 hours. My stomach is bubbly, nauseous, and still struggling to keep food down... currently missing my last day of vacation.

My parents, husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Caña from August 15th to August 19th. On the night of August 15th we had dinner at the Libanés restaurant and my husband felt that the food was bad. The morning of the next
day my dad, my husband and I had diarrhea, and it is to this day that we still have this symptom. We reported this to the hotel and they don't care

Ate at Ciao on the last night and had the cacio pepe risotto, bread, and a piece of eggplant lasagna. The next morning, I woke up feeling nauseous and stomach hurt. I got to the airport and had irregular bowel movements. Once on the plane, the nausea
felt worse and I got hot flashes. I vomited in one of the paper bags on the plane. The rest of the day, I still felt nauseous and had a headache followed by hot flashes and chills. It’s day 2 and I feel the same. Only drank bottled water the whole trip.

Stayed at the resort for 5 days. Day 1 went well, it wasn’t until day 2 came around where we fully indulged in the all-inclusiveness of the resort. I didn’t eat much, but the little I had was enough to make my stomach knot up for the
next 4 days. The beef, chicken and pork were all a little suspect. However, I chalked it up to it being an all-inclusive resort and being picky about food wasn’t an option. But, as I lay in my bed grasping my gut from discomfort….I can only assume the food wasn’t healthy to eat. Other members of my party have experienced the same feelings. It’s been too long for me since I’ve last experienced food illnesses, so I can’t say that what I’m feeling is just that. But it shouldn’t be out of the question.

The day we flew home from this resort me and my daughter both became sick, my stomach pains had started in the morning so I made sure i didn’t eat and drink just in case so I didn’t consume food anywhere else! We ate at Zen the
night before and asked for Vegetable Sushi my husband had the normal selection. This is the only same food me and my daughter had ate. We are on day 10 now and I am that weak I can barely walk. Sickness and Diarrhoea like I have never had in my life. Im currently on antibiotics, my daughter is now starting to perk up luckily! Awaiting stool results to confirm:
