to eat uncovered foods such as diced onions and sliced turkey. Instructed manager to properly store raw foods below ready to eat foods. Cos. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: observed some residue on the interior of the ice machine. Instructed to clean and maintain.
