Son ate at jack in the box on East Main street in mesa az and I think he has food poisoning He ate frys, nuggets and oreo milkshake.
Just my one son got sick.Hes the only one that had nuggets.He ate it around 10 last night and woke up sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
