Instructed manager to replace and maintain. Observed towel used as stopper in 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide adequate stoppers for 3-compartment.

- comments: observed multi-use pots too large to submerge in 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide alternative method to wash, rinse and sanitize large equipment.
