Me and my boyfriend went to subway last night, he got a Philly with mayo, onion and peppers and chipotle sauce and now he's sick as hell. He can't do anything except constantly throw up or use the bathroom, its horrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

Purchased steak and provolone cheese 6 inch wheat flatbread with tomato, onion, green pepper, banana pepper, mayo & spicey mustard. Purchased Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018. Symptoms of heavy bloating, nausea, lower abdominal pain, and diarrhea the following day through Wednesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
