Me and my boyfriend went to subway last night, he got a Philly with mayo, onion and peppers and chipotle sauce and now he's sick as hell. He can't do anything except constantly throw up or use the bathroom, its horrible.

Purchased steak and provolone cheese 6 inch wheat flatbread with tomato, onion, green pepper, banana pepper, mayo & spicey mustard. Purchased Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018. Symptoms of heavy bloating, nausea, lower abdominal pain, and diarrhea the following day through Wednesday.
