Undercooked Meal, Severe Vomiting

Had the avocado chicken club. The avocado was raw and hard. I told the server, he said it was because it was early in the day. The chicken tasted barely warm. I have been vomiting for two days. Most likely understaffed and not taking precautions.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
