Found opened/used jar of mayonnaise inside the prep cooler at temp of 58. 8f(label stated refrigerator after opened); two fresh eggs at temp of 59f; and one slice of cheese at temp of 59. 7f. Found tcs foods stored inside the white reach-in cooler: sour cream at temp of 46. 6f; a bag of shredded cheese at temp of 46. 6f;a block of cream cheese at temp of 50. 8f; a piece of asiago cheese at temp of 44. 7f; cooked meat at temp of 44. 6f; 14 each eggs at temp of 46f; cold food must be maintain temp of 41f and below. A bag of green leaf at temp of 60f. Food discarded and denatured by the cook. Pounds 50,value 100. Priority violation: 7-38-005 consolidated with above violation

No working refrigeration in food prep area. Must have adequeate refrigeration to maintain tcs foods at 41f or less.

Instructed manager to repair and maintain at all times. #57: observed food handler training requirements not met. Instructed manager to ensure all food handlers have proof of food handler training.
