vomiting.it has now been 5 days and we are still sick. He had to see a Doctor today and have 2 bags of fluid before leaving as well as several prescriptions to stop the symptoms and an antibiotic. Suspect either the shrimp aguachile and/or Crema sauces that I ordered for dinner. The next 24hrs have been brutal. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, lots of fatigue.
