My date and I went there on 07/25/21. I got their boneless Buffalo wings and the spinach queso dip as a appetizer and immediately after eating the queso in particular my stomach was not feeling well at all. I got up and went to the bathroom and
had diarrhea right away. My stomach was hurting so bad we ended up leaving the restaurant early because I couldn’t stop going to the restroom. The next day on 07/26/21 when I woke up to get ready for work my stomach was in pain I didn’t eat anything because I was scared I would throw it up. On 07/27/21 early in the morning around 2am I woke up from sleep with stomach pain and felt extremely nauseous

My husband and I both had chicken crispers, my mom was with us and had.a burger and shes not sick, but my husband and I both have the same symptoms My husband and I both ordered chicken crispers, mine had no sauce, his had honey chipotle. Same
sides. My mom was with us and had a burger, she is not sick and has not felt any of these symptoms. She lives with us so if it was viral we'd assume shed have it too at this point. 2 people got sick. Our stomachs started hurting maybe 2 hours after consuming the meal. It started as stomach pains and sudden need for the restroom but not diarrhea. Sunday, April 7, 2024 — lunch time, my son and I ate Hebrew National hot dogs. He mentioned he didn’t feel good as soon as he was done eating. He said his stomach hurt, and laid on the floor. After 10 - 15 minutes he started barfing.
He is 4 years old, He barfed 3 times already. Me (Mom) started feeling sick 20-30 minutes later. I have diarrhea and nausea. It is important to note, my daughter (6), did not eat any hot dogs and has been the only one not sick. I suspect we were food poisoned.

Ate the whopper around 12:30. The texture was awfully dry, but otherwise seemed normal. Began to feel generally unwell and stomach pain around 14:30. By 15:30 I was nauseous and light headed. 16:30, began the severe vomiting and diarrhea, which has continued (currently ongoing). Note: I did
not eat breakfast or anything else prior to the whopper. I drank bottled water at the location, drank the same filtered water as my fiancé at home this morning, and only ate a few fries (which my fiancé also ate, and he’s currently ok). No food since. I’m a molecular biologist with a focus on infectious diseases, and I know what to look for regarding food poisoning cases.
Update 30/03: I actually suspect it's a toxin-producing bacterium, such as *S. aureus*, especially considering the rapid onset of symptoms. We also don't have a high number of norovirus cases in our area, so it's not something that I would consider to be suspicious when weighing other factors like norovirus' incubation period, symptoms like fever and myalgia, and rapid spread. I'm also not in close contact with many other people or shared surfaces, further reducing the index of suspicion. On the other hand, *Staph aureus* is ubiquitously found and the enterotoxins produced are highly heat stable, making it more likely to be the causative agent if the meat was older, improperly handled (especially regarding hygiene practices) or stored, or not cooked to temperature. The more aggressive symptoms are beginning to subside, though I'm definitely not the happiest-of-campers at this time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Lightheaded
