I had pad see yu and I did not feel so great after. Forward to tonight, I got fried rice with beef and once again had that feeling. I am wondering if anybody else has experienced this because I am getting food without spice in it, so I’m wondering if there is something in Thai ingredients that I am allergic to or if it is just simply the restaurant. I ordered crunchy tacos Saturday evening. They tasted different, but we tried to eat them. Later I had diahrrea 4 times and still today.

This was on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022. I ended up with diahrrea 4 times Sat. Night and my husband had overdosed and was naeusous. Still had diahrrea on Sunday. Mecklenburg County Public Health is investigating a norovirus outbreak at Cornelius Elementary School in Cornelius, NC.

According to the news, last Thursday some students and staff at the school developed norovirus-like symptoms. The school was cleaned and disinfected before reopening Friday.

Norovirus is very contagious and is easily transmitted from person to person most through the oral/fecal route. Considering that hand sanitizer does NOT work against this virus, it is important to wash your hands with soap frequently. Use bleach to clean and disinfect surfaces.

In case you are experiencing symptoms like diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance.
