Went to Wendy's as usual and ordered a water cup and "Power Mediterranean Salad" (came in on a promotion). Not sure If I am going to go to the hospital yet but order salads all the time (including different Wendy's ones). Symptoms began shortly thereafter...loosing lots of fluids via stool.  | Síntomas: Diarrea

I went to IHOP this morning. I didn't eat anything else. I came home I had diarrhea and a few minutes ago vomiting. That was the only thing I ate this morning. All I had was the 2 by 2 by 2 combo and I eat a bowl of Greece . I had scramble eggs, pancakes,and the turkey bacon. I have been so sick.  | Síntomas: Vómitos
