I shop here often with no issues. Last night I purchased and ate the chicken dumpling soup from the soup bar.

In the early morning hours I felt nauseated and threw up several times. Then a bit of diarrhea. Tried to eat part of a bagel and proceeded to throw it up. Feeling lethargic.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Comí en Chapala el domingo por la noche. Tomé su sopa de callos antes de acostarme y el lunes por la mañana noté que mi estómago se sentía extremadamente gaseoso. Alrededor de la 1 pm comencé a sentir ganas de vomitar y mi estómago todavía se sentía raro. Finalmente a las 3 tuve varios casos de direah  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Gas

Pedí un cuarto de libra con queso, pepita de pollo de 6 piezas y frituras medianas alrededor de las 21:30pm del 11/11/18. Se despertó a medianoche y vomitó hasta las 5:30am.
