About 5 hours after eating the fish and pop corn shrimp dinner with fries and biscuit I felt very nauseated. I had to force my self to vomit bc it wouldn't come up on its own. I threw up 3 times in 10 minutes.

Went to Chipotle in Shady Grove Rockville at approximately 6pm to get food for my son and me. Overnight at around 230am my 8 year old son woke up and vomited. This continued all day with vomiting and fever.  | Síntomas: Fiebre, Vómitos
