Lo único que comí todo el día fue una rebanada de pizza de carne y un pretzel con salsa de queso de Sams. Comenzó a sentir calambres estomacales y náuseas leves aproximadamente 2 horas después. Empeoró progresivamente con escalofríos, fiebre y muchas náuseas y diarrea.
