Had this meal at around 8:30pm on 14APR18. Nothing was alarming me until I woke up the next morning, and I have been in extreme pain and very frequent diarrhea episodes throughout the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻

昨天大约 130 点左右有一个装有 guac 和薯条的蔬菜卷饼碗。因为恶心让我保持清醒而无法入睡。即使我非常想呕吐也不能呕吐。只是腹泻和虚弱。现在是第二天 530 分，当时我仍然像地狱一样虚弱和恶心。我喜欢 chipotle 但之后我就不会回去了。不值得。
