I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea

Got a large bowl, half brown rice half salad. Salad was moldy (was hungry and eating too fast and swallowed too quickly - otherwise would’ve spit it out) - tasted like fungus. This has happened on multiple occasions. Both my husband and I feel sick almost every time we eat. We didnt put 2 and 2 together before but it's definitely from their food. I get sharp pains, stomach aches, and nausea and as does he.
