I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Got a large bowl, half brown rice half salad. Salad was moldy (was hungry and eating too fast and swallowed too quickly - otherwise would’ve spit it out) - tasted like fungus. Bloating within 5 hours and diarrhea and nausea within 9. Diarrhea ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 腹胀

We ordered food online i picked up a bowl with brown rice, chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans cheese and salsa with cream, after finishing my meal I immediately got sick with diarrhea and nausea iv been in and out the bathroom for 5 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

This has happened on multiple occasions. Both my husband and I feel sick almost every time we eat. We didnt put 2 and 2 together before but it's definitely from their food. I get sharp pains, stomach aches, and nausea and as does he.

我在 1 月 6 日下午 3 点 30 分左右吃了一个沙拉碗。它上面有生菜、carne asada、糙米、酸奶油、莎莎、玉米和辣椒。我在半夜凌晨 3 点左右醒来，因为我的胃不舒服。我以为可能是气体，但实际上我半夜有几个小时的腹泻。早上 8 点左右我有点恶心，呕吐了 3 个小时。每当我感到有点缓解和喝水时，最终都会出现（有更多的墨西哥辣椒食物！）。
