Burrito de barbacoa con crema agria, maíz, arroz y frijoles negros. Comió alrededor de las 7:15 p.m. Los síntomas comenzaron alrededor del almuerzo del día siguiente. I had a chipotle bowl with rice, chicken, beef, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese yesterday night. I woke up at night throwing up at least 4 times. I have a slight fever as well.
