Had surf and turf after avocado appetizers at 6:30 pm. Symptoms started at 11:30 pm and continued for 6 hours. My friend and I shared the meal and she also got sick.

Wife, son, and I all came down with severe nausea and diarrhea after sharing a shrimp pad thai. In the bathroom, noticed a worker dash from a stall to the kitchen without washing their hands.
