Went to California Pizza Kitchen. Ordered a Strawberry Lime Margarita, Sedona Tortilla Soup, and Mushroom/Spinach Pizza. 30 minutes after I ate I threw up, and then threw up again 30 minutes after that, I had eaten by myself. Threw up 30 minutes after my meal  | Symptômes: Vomissements

I ordered 12 ct. barbeque chicken strips and an hour after eating one i was horribly sick in the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting until all the food was gone. Ate a burrito bowl from Whole Foods for dinner last night (7pm yesterday 4/27/19) and since this morning have felt nausea, stomach upset and a lot of diarrhea all day today.
