I got sick immediately in the restaurant. My coffee tasted weird and I ended up throwing up the contents of my food. I'm sure they may have tampered with the food. I've never had that reaction before.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

I ate at Panera Bread at 1:30pm on April 28, 2017. I had you pick 2: clam chowder & ham on white with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion. I started feeling terrible about 5:00 and starting vomiting about 6:00. Vomited for several hours then felt better about 10pm.  | Symptômes: Vomissements

I ate a chicken burrito at around 5 pm. It had white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, and lettuce. Later on at around 9pm my stomach started to hurt.
