I shop here often with no issues. Last night I purchased and ate the chicken dumpling soup from the soup bar.

In the early morning hours I felt nauseated and threw up several times. Then a bit of diarrhea. Tried to eat part of a bagel and proceeded to throw it up. Feeling lethargic.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

J'ai mangé au Chapala dimanche soir. J'ai pris leur soupe de tripes avant de me coucher et lundi matin, j'ai remarqué que mon estomac était extrêmement gazeux. J'ai commandé un quart de livres double avec du fromage, 6 morceaux de pépites de poulet et une frite moyenne vers 21 h 30 le 11/11/18. Je me suis réveillé à minuit et j'ai vomi jusqu'à 5 h 30. Il est maintenant 14 h 40 le lendemain et j'ai toujours peur de manger ou de boire.
