Un sandwich au pain plat au poulet et à la feta et aux épinards, j'ai mangé le sandwich à 15 heures par 8 heures, j'avais des nausées, mon estomac était ballonné. Vers 845, je suis sorti du lit et j'ai commencé à vomir. Le 14/12/18, j'ai mangé une assiette de hoummas avec du concombre, du poivron rouge et du pita. J'ai aussi bu une bière cordiale à la cerise.
