J'ai mangé un burrito et 1,5 heure après avoir vomi tout le repas et n'a cessé de vomir avant d'être hospitalisé et de recevoir des médicaments. J'ai eu de la diarrhée et des crampes d'estomac pendant 3 semaines. La cage thoracique et l'œsophage sont douloureux par des vomissements excessifs.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements, Crampes, Douleur

Yesterday , I ate a Carnitas bowl with cheese, white rice, lettuce, tomato salsa, & sour cream. I woke up with diarrhea and its been non-stop all day. Literally this is disgusting and it just happened to my sisters 5 days ago at the same Chipotle locations in Canton, OH.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée
