星期五晚上 9 点左右我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有鸡肉、生菜、黑豆、奶酪、糙米和 guac。吃完之后我感到非常不舒服和恶心。然后在星期六早上 2 点半，我醒来呕吐了几次，然后回去睡觉。周六大约 10 点醒来，有些腹泻，仍然感觉不舒服。每次我站起来我都会头晕目眩，整天我感觉真的很虚弱，什么也做不了。
