Ate a burrito and 1.5 hours afterwards threw up entire meal and did not stop throwing up until hospitalized and given medicine. Proceeded to have diarrhea and stomach cramps for 3 weeks. Rib cage and esophagus are sore from excessive vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Soreness

Yesterday , I ate a Carnitas bowl with cheese, white rice, lettuce, tomato salsa, & sour cream. I woke up with diarrhea and its been non-stop all day. Literally this is disgusting and it just happened to my sisters 5 days ago at the same Chipotle locations in Canton, OH.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
