我在 1 月 30 日星期六吃了墨西哥辣椒作为晚餐。到 2 月 2 日星期二，我突然生病了。从一分钟到下一分钟，我碰到了恶心的墙。几分钟之内，我出现了严重的腹泻、严重的呕吐、极度疲劳和严重的腹痛。我丈夫无法走路，把我带到急诊区，我因食物中毒而接受了治疗。这些症状持续到 2 月 5 日星期五。完全不能接受。

16 年 2 月 8 日晚上 9 点左右，我 10 岁的孩子从 Subway 订购了一个肉丸子。几分钟后我们回家吃饭。我吃了一个肉丸然后他吃了剩下的。那天晚上我们开始感到恶心。我早上 9 点左右到达上班时间上午 10 点 30 分，那时我早点回家了两次腹泻。我儿子在学校也生病了，但留在学校是因为护士刚刚建议他躺在护士办公室。在家里我开始发冷和恶心。到下午 3 点，我开始剧烈呕吐，到处都是疼痛加上头痛。我的儿子发冷，大量腹泻，头痛，身体疼痛，虚弱而且很累。今天是星期三，我们仍然感到疲倦。呕吐已经停止，但还有一些腹泻，我们俩都很头痛。

Ordered a bowl with white rice, fajitas, steak, tomato salsa, corn salsa and hot salsa and cheese to top it off. Ate around 6:30p and about a half hour later had severe diarrhea and has continued into this morning with nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Yesterday , I ate a Carnitas bowl with cheese, white rice, lettuce, tomato salsa, & sour cream. I woke up with diarrhea and its been non-stop all day. Literally this is disgusting and it just happened to my sisters 5 days ago at the same Chipotle locations in Canton, OH.  | 症状: 腹泻
