A grilled chicken sandwich, My husband was the only one sick. He was very cold during the night and did nit sleep well. When he got up at 6 am he started having the diarrhea, then the nausea and vomiting. He finally took a nap from 11-1 pm. I think it was a grilled chicken sandwich (only chicken and bread) from here, Ate the sandwich at 430 pm yesterday. Got anxious, stomach cramps, tight throat, nausea, and chills by 9 PM.
