- comments: observed food not in good,safe condition for human consumption. Observed( 7)- 3. 5 oz. Prepackaged bags of snack chips that appears to have been gnawed on by mice and mice droppings found in same chip boxes on display for sale. Product was discarded by manager. Appx. 2lbs. $10. 50(priority 7-38-005)(cos)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on floor behind grease trap and under display shelves & at motor of unused deli cooler in front prep area,on wood ledge in mop storage closet,on floor & shelving units in tool storage,under pallets of water & juice in rear storage area,near electrical panel,on shelving units on sales floor near (bags),inside of chip display boxes,under pallets at service counter. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 9/25/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on storage shelves.

- comments: must apply a sealant or paint raw wood surfaces at wall in front prep area.

- comments: observed 3- compartment sink backing up with food debris into far right basin when water is released from middle basin and a very slow drain. Must repair and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-025)

- comments: must clean dust build up on fan guard covers in walk in cooler and meat slicer.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe underneath 3- compartment sink in front prep area.

- comments: must remove peeling paint on floor in rear meat prep area and peeling paint on ceiling in milk walk in cooler.
